PEmeasure

Compute links weights and assess the reliability of the links in a network (e.g. protein-protein interactions)
We are delighted to release PE-measure, a novel tool for calculating links weights based on the topological structure of the network. The tool can be very useful in measuring the reliability of protein pairs interactions. Experimental data is usually liable to contain a large number of spurious interactions and therefore, PE-measure will unable biologist to reduce the level of noise associated with their PPI networks. The tool can also be suitable to identify weak and strong connections among individuals in any type of social network.
