CytoMOBAS uses the MOBAS algorithm ([https://link.springer.com/article/10.1186/s13637-015-0025-6 link]) to find subnetworks that are both highly connected and disease associated, taking into account background disease association scores. CytoMOBAS also provides a systematic way to assess the statistical significance of the identified clusters.
