The app adds new context menu option 'Open in Cytoscape Web' and a new toolbar icon which are enabled(clickable) when there is a current network view active. When clicked it will launch the network on web.cytoscape.org on a browser window or new tab on existing preferred browser window.
It also adds new config properties under a new group called 'opencyweb' which the app consults to determine when the networks are within acceptable data sizes to be forwarded to cytoscape web.
