A plugin that will load Genomica NDB formatted networks into Cytoscape.
Once you install this app, use the **File | Import** menu item to import the NDB file -- this app has no separate user interface of its own.
This app works with Cytoscape 2. For the Cytoscape 3 version, use the [http://apps.cytoscape.org/apps/ndbreader NDB Reader] app.
