NCMine is a new method of network clustering. It detects sets of cooperatively working genes (functional modules) from gene networks by near-clique mining. NCMine takes into account core-attachment structure of a functional module in module detection procedure, and it might lead to better interpretation of modules.
NCMine cytoscape plugin implements the NCMine cluster detection algorithm and visualization of hierarchy of modules.
