This Cytoscape app provides a graphical interface for the [Jesse][] algorithm. It is used to count the number of times a node in a network is part of a certain graphlet (an induced sub-graph consisting of a small amount of nodes). The algorithm will count graphlets up to a given order, splitting up the count by orbit, ie. the specific position the given node takes in the graphlet.
