BioGRID is an online interaction repository with data compiled through comprehensive curation efforts. It searches tens of thousands of publications for over a half million raw protein and genetic interactions from major model organism species. All interaction data are freely provided through our search index and available via download in a wide variety of standardized formats.
<p>The BiogridPlugin allows direct import of data from BioGRID .tab files (which are available from www.thebiogrid.org/downloads.php) into a Cytoscape network, with a custom visual style.</p>
