This plugin allows you to find disconnected graphs in a network and copy the nodes and edges to a separate subnetwork for closer inspection. The plugin starts by finding disconnected graphs in the selected network after which it lists the number of source nodes, target nodes and edges per graph in a table. You are then able to select the graphs that you want to convert into subnetworks, what name to assign to each of the subnetworks, and whether or not to create views for the new subnetworks.
In addition to creating subnetworks one can also export the identifiers of the source nodes, target nodes and edges to a tab or comma separated file for analysis with other tools. Each row will represent one edge in the graph and show the identifiers for the source node, target node and edge as well as the proposed graph name.
This plugin will work with any type of network.
