public class ConnectionProxy
extends Object

Sets the Java system proxy properties for the web services (OLS, UniProt, ChEBI, identifiers.org, BioModels) from the proxy settings in the Cytoscape properties, when the app starts.

Proxy authentication is not supported.

Creates the proxy settings from the Cytoscape properties.

Parameters:

cyProperties - the Cytoscape properties (cytoscape3.props)

setSystemProxyFromCyProperties

Sets the system proxy from the Cytoscape proxy settings.

getProxyType

public String getProxyType()

The proxy type of the Cytoscape settings: direct, http or socks.

getProxyHost

public String getProxyHost()

The proxy host of the Cytoscape settings.

getProxyPort

public String getProxyPort()

The proxy port of the Cytoscape settings.

setSystemProxy

public void setSystemProxy(String type,
 String host,
 String port)

Sets the HTTP and HTTPS system proxy: none for direct, the host and port for http. Other types leave the system properties unchanged.

Parameters:

type - the proxy type

host - the proxy host

port - the proxy port
